Play in a plane crash sculpture and a field of milk bottle dandelions at this art festival in France
Each year, the Horizons Arts and Nature Festival in central France chooses ten sustainable art installations that will be used to create a thought-provoking dialogue with nature. This year’s winners, chosen by a juried selection committee, have transformed the lush hills, lakes and creeks of Massif du Sancy into an extraordinary open air art experience. Largely using sustainable and recycled materials, the 2015 festival includes an oversized replica of a plane crash made of wood pieces and a field of giant dandelions made from recycled bottles.
